First session of the week with the internationals

The second training session of the week saw all the available internationals take to the training pitch for the first time since the international break. The players, with the exceptions of Messi, Mascherano, Busquets and Xavi – all of whom worked with the team physio – trained on Field 2 of the Ciutat Esportiva. The Barça B players Oier, Muniesa and Deulofeu also took part in the session.

It’s worth noting that Adriano, Puyol and Alba are all recovering from injury, and Pedro will be sidelined for 10 days.

Day off this Thursday

The first team will return to work this Friday, at 16.30. Jordi Roura will hold a press conference before the session. The team will travel to Vigo on Friday, and face off against Celta at Balaídos on the following day (18.00, Canal + Liga).
